Spexarth Design is part of a near complete renovation on the main level of this home in Derby, Ks.  We started by removing a tile floor, carpet, interior  walls, cabinets and trim. Currently underway we are refinishing the ceiling by removing the old popcorn texture and reapplying an updated knock down textured look. Soon the kitchen/living area will be receiving all new hard wood flooring, cabinets and interior paint.. Check back for more updates/photos next week.
